Regulatory – Permitting Specialist

Description:
We have an exciting new position located in Denver with an
Oil and Gas company. Our growing client
seeks an experienced regulatory and permitting specialist with 3+ years of
experience. Candidate will have
solid knowledge of permitting requirements for drilling and producing oil
and gas wells at the Federal, State, and Local levels. The ideal individual
will have experience permitting in North Dakota, Montana, Utah, Wyoming and
Colorado if possible.
Requirements:
- Must
possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Must be
able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance
driven, team oriented environment.
- Assist
with environmental agency inspections and investigations
- Gathering
and maintaining environmental data to compose reports and regulatory
documents.
- You
will also be attending regulatory meetings and local community
forums.
- Understand
existing regulatory requirements and demonstrate ability to effectively
communicate the existing and new requirements
- Committed
to flawless implementation and expectations
- Must
have strong computer skills and be very self sufficient
- Contract
position with possible contract to hire
- Will
be working closely with tribal governments for permitting regulations
